save the L Word

Because filming for Season 6 is over soon and i am actually reading some Fanfics that include the Kennard Family or lets say Tinas parents there are some stuff thats driven me crazy over the last few days and specially nights . So i wanna write it down here to get it out of my head .

Before some people jump to conclusions, don’t worry this includes NO kind of spoilers. I have no idea what is going to happen in Season 6 so don’t worry.

But now lets begin. As we all know we barely got any kind of information about Tinas parents or the whole situation surrounding them. We know that Tina has parents but thats all . I think that something really major must have happened because of Tina leaving Eric and getting together with Bette.

And then i think about Season 6 and a Tibette weeding and my personal time schedule. The regular readers will know that i hope that a wedding will happen around Episode 6 because first they move in together hopefully around Episode 4 and then Episode 8 will end with some fun stuff and a memorial Episode including Dana. But who knows if this will happen and what will IC put to us.

Then i think about the whole Kennard Family again and when i am honest i want a great and good wedding for Bette and Tina. And because we know that our poor Bette has no real Family and when we are honest never had that big a deal for a wedding. So what do we now ? Bring the Kennard Family with a quick shot into the World ? I don’t like the idea. Not only because of Angelica i don’t like that. I want a clear and nice resolution because WHEN Tinas Family come back into the picture then they must be a Family for Bette too. And all this crap that was between them the last 12 years can’t be put in a box and be good. So what to do ? Decide to exclude the whole Family situation ?

When i look at how lovely Bette and Tina are with Angelica and how important Family for both of them is, i am deeply unsure about all of that. Alone this is stuff for another 3 Seasons but we only have 8 Episodes before its all over.

No question i want a Tibette wedding. But do i want it for all costs ? As closer the last Season comes the more unsure i get about it. Do i want a wedding in the last Episode and then nothing ? Something like in old fables and they live until death do them part ? We know that IC already stated that she will not cut all Storylines that way. So what do we want and with what we are happy ?

Can IC give us a Tibette wedding and then all Tibetters are happy ? Or show us how they grow up and build a new life together ? Maybe in some new place ?

I have no idea so please comment and tell me what do you think and what do you want.
