Laurel will appear at Angela Robinson’s new show Gigantic and is set for release January 2010.

This weekend i did some catchup at outstanding tv shows and in CSI New York (S06E04) was Mia as a murdering crazy wife and no wonder that she was good at it and Rose as a nurse that gives poor Danny a hard time. Mia has something that she plays that crazy roles so good but she has to work on her cool as ice face because Mac is better in it.

I finally made it home around 1 AM this morning. and i can tell all of you it was a real BLAST. The Q&As was a lot of fun and the auction again went really well. Our 2 virgins Rose and Alexandra seems to had a really good time too. And Pam guys do i really need to tell you that Pam Grier is just an amazing actor ?

So just gimme a little bit for recovering and i will start with some actual reports

So the convention was officially started some hours ago. Like everytime they where running late even before they started the convention. So opening ceremony started around 8 pm. Shortly after that the meet&greet started. Around midnight we have seen Daniela, Alexandra, Mia and Anne. Mia was the first one who finished all tables. But Daniela really surprised me she was really cool. Shortly after midnight the fire alarm went off and the hole hotel was evacuated. So the meet&greet was over. Without Rose and without Pam for us. But at this time Pam was on maybe 1/3 of all tables so really a hell lot of people missed her. I really hope Sean will come up with something. So tomorrow starts the Q&As and we will know more. I will keep you updated.

I arrived finally around 3 PM. Don’t ask i will get into details later. I need to confess the hotel surprised me this time. Very very nice room and the WLan works very well this time. Tomorrow is the big arrival day and i hope you all have a safe trip. For some pictures you have to wait a little bit but this year with my new baby the Nikon D90 i will provide you all with some real nice stuff.

BTW. i know its totally off topic but since i am not from england i was for the first time in my life in a primark and was like a child in a candy shop. But just a tip for the people from far away. Check it out its close to the hotel in the city.

Just a short update to let you know that in a couple of hours i am off to the airport and then the first reports from blackpool will come. I hope to see all of you at blackpool and have a safe flight or train ride.

L6 is less than 2 weeks away so i bring you some updates to the 3 major conventions that are just around the corner.

First there is L6 from 18th – 20th September and there are some changes at the cast. Kate Moenning will no longer attend the event because she is now in the leading cast of a new series called Three Rivers. Sad for us but of course good for her. Her replacement will be Daniela Sea who will join Pam Grier, Mia Kirshner and of course Rose Rollins.  Also there will be Alexandra Hedison and maybe Guinevere Turner. So when you didn’t get a ticket yet make your way to Starfury’s page and get one. There are not many hotel rooms left too so hurry up.

In january there will be the L Word Down Under convention in sydney australia. So from the 22th – 24th of january we can enjoy some holiday at the other end of the world. Already confirmed are Laurel Holloman, Rachel Shelley, Leisha Haile, Rose Rollins and Marlee Matlin. She convention will take place at Sydney Olympic Park Sports Centre. For L7 there are some major changes because the event was pushed back a couple of weeks. New dates are 25th – 27th of June 2010. The event takes place at the Birmingham Hilton Metropole and i need to say that hotel looks amazing so when you didn’t have a ticket yet go to Starfury’s website and get one because this event is going to be special. Guests are Lauren Lee Smith, Leisha Hailey, Clementine Ford and the one and only Janina Gavankar and for the ones who didn’t attent L5 Janina is a amazing one so don’t miss her. convention

During the last couple of days i have done some major updates and i hope you all like it. All important things should work again. Pictures for the postings will be available in the next days too. So with all the maintenance stuff finished, i finally can start again to post some real content for you. So stay stuned because the next couple of month will be hot.
